The economy is not out of the woods yet, inflation is still running hot (but not burn yourself hot) by the Fed’s standards and we could see a re-ignition.

Thanks! The second chart shows that importers are experiencing higher prices. Whether they choose to pass those costs down, and to what extent, remains to be seen. However, according to the first chart, they are expected to begin doing so. In my next note, I will go into more detail about which sectors are most affected and by how much.
