Thanks, Ashley! I think they are in a tough position. It’s hard for me to say what the right path is, as I imagine it is for them (and they are much smarter than me). I only hope to flag the risk that a reversal isn’t out of the cards. We can only hope it wasn’t from political pressure. I believe Powell’s comments that decisions are based on evidence-based discussion are true. As he said, any dissenters need to be convincing enough to persuade the 12-member board, which seems logical.
